BIOGRAPHY

Archaeologist, I deal with prehistory and protohistory of northern Italy. I participated in excavations and researches in Lomellina (province of Pavia), in Valcamonica and Valtellina, dedicating myself especially to Alpine rock art, a theme that I have developed in numerous local, national and international scientific publications. I’m a member of the Lomellina Archaeological Association and the Valtellinese Archaeological Institute, and I have active collaborations with the Centro Camuno di Studi Preistorici (Capo di Ponte), with the Lombardy Regional Museum Directorate and with the Superintendence of Archeology Fine Arts and Landscape for the provinces of Como, Lecco, Monza Brianza, Pavia, Sondrio, Varese. I have contributed to many cultural initiatives promoted by the Museo Archeologico Lomellino of Gambolò, Palazzo Besta in Teglio, the Parco delle Incisioni Rupestri di Grosio e Grosotto and the Municipal Archaeological Park of Seradina-Bedolina in Capo di Ponte.
